Molly has a joyful nature when teaching. Her soothing voice guides you through a variety of poses that make you feel lengthened and open. I always come out of Molly’s yoga classes knowing i have done something good for my body, mind and soul. I am left in savasana feeling totally relaxed and with a smile on my face.
