Beginners, advanced and one to ones
During this time in the world all my classes are currently online. Yoga, meditation and breathing practices are incredibly powerful ways for us to soothe our nervous systems. I want to be a beacon of positivity for you and to keep offering classes that nourish you from the inside out. It’s actually a beautiful opportunity to get creative and for us still to practice together, from a distance! Wherever you are in the world I want to support you.
HOW TO JOIN THE CLASS
- Payment is by donation, pay what you can afford right now
- For the class you will need:
- A yoga mat
- A computer/tablet device
- To download Zoom on your device
- Any props you may need I.e. blanket, blocks, cushions
The morning classes will be uplifting & energising practices for you to start your day feeling calm & centred.
Any evening classes will be grounding and restorative helping your mind and body to relax.
It’s so important for us to stay connected during this time. Staying connected is the very essence of yoga.
One to one sessions can be helpful if you are a beginner or if you simply want to deepen your practice. Please contact me if you are interested and I will advise you.
